Ever since earning his B.A. in Political Science from Albright College in Reading, PA, Bart knew he wanted to develop his ability to help individuals and businesses navigate complex legal issues. He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1994 with his J.D., allowing him to guide clients toward personal and financial success. Bart thrives on seeking positive outcomes for clients while understanding that each client and each case is unique.
