Guardianship

A Guardianship is the appointment of a person to make decisions for the care of a minor or an incapacitated adult or to manage the assets of the minor or incapacitated adult.

A Guardian may only be appointed by a Court after a hearing. Once appointed the Guardian remains under the supervision of the Court and must file regular reports with the Court.

If you have a family member who is unable to manage his or her own affairs, whether as a result of physical or mental disability, Benoff Law Firm is here to help and advise you.

Our attorneys have more than 100 years of combined experience helping clients navigate the guardianship process.

We are a small firm that is committed to providing excellent representation giving our clients personal attention and care.

For more information about guardianships and alternatives please contact our office to schedule an appointment.
