Our Administrative Law Practice Group specializes in business and economic regulation, industry restructuring and deregulation, contracting and project development, trade regulation, and legislative consultation and lobbying registration and reporting requirements.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution - Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the process of resolving legal conflicts without going to trial. Our firm is in the forefront of this area, advising clients on arbitration, international dispute resolution, mediation, mini-trials, and private judging. We have extensive expertise in determining when a form of ADR is in the best interest of clients and meets their needs better than traditional litigation. We have substantial experience and training in ADR and routinely advise our clients on the legal consequences flowing from particular terms and conditions of all ADR options.

  • Estate Planning and Probate - Our firm handles Estate Planning matters which is the area dealing with the distribution of an individual's property at his or her death, taking into account wills, taxes, insurance, property, and trusts so as to gain maximum benefit of all laws and, at the same time, carrying out the person's wishes. Probate is the court proceeding through which a will is proved to be valid and the estate of a decedent is administered. The process, generally, includes collecting a decedent's assets, liquidating liabilities, paying necessary taxes, and distribution of property to heirs.
